Overview
> This HACCP Kit contains five x KM290 Series electronic
HACCP pocket thermometers, one of each
colour, plus 1 x PW70T tub of bactericidal
wipes
> KM290 HACCP Thermometers are ideal for catering
and other food uses where colour coding
is essential to minimise the risk of cross
contamination. KM290 colours can be included
in HACCP procedures.
