Thermal Drain & Valve Passing Monitoring Equipment

Problem of passing of valves, both within and without the closed thermal cycle, is one of the most commonly faced problems in a power plant.

However, these innocuous problem, it presents in significant number and quantum, amounts to notable loss of thermal energy and efficiency of plant efficiency.

1. Non Contact Infrared Thermometer & RTD’s/Thermocouples : are used to keep a tab on the ‘passing problem’ in high energy drains of thermal cycles, which many a times are not visible in normal circumstances.

2. Portable Thermal Imaging Camera : A 700 gms two dimensional infrared thermometer equipped with a newly developed 64 element thermopile array sensor. It allows the user top view & verify the measurement subject on LCD screen while simultaneously measuring the temperature at 64 points. It can actually display & save data with a graphic representation of the temperature distribution overlaid an image of the subject being measured.
