Rechargable backup batteries the MK-III computer Interface

The MK-III computer interface can use 6 Ni-Cad batteries to keep keep running during a power outage. While running from the backup batteries the computer interface will continue to receive and log information. When power returns the batteries will be recharged automatically by the computer interface. These batteries will keep the computer interface running for approximately 8 hours.
