Thermal Mass

Our Thermal Mass Flowmeter is an excellent choice for measuring any type of gas.

Our device measures direct mass flow of air and gases in SCFM, NM3H, Kg/Hr, and other mass units.  

They are useful for monitoring low velocity flow rates and have a large measurement range (usually 100:1).  

All versions are available in two configurations: inline with flange or screw connection, and insertion. Insertion type metres significantly minimise ownership and installation costs, and they can be put in pipe widths ranging from 1/4" to huge ducts.  

Our product operates at a higher power level than competing products, resulting in faster response time and a broader turndown.

The sensor is all-welded and made of grade 316 stainless steel or Hastelloy-C. There are no movable pieces.  

 RS232, RS485 and FieldBus are among the communication technologies available.
