Unburned Carbon Online Analyser for Biomass

The Unburned Carbon Online Analyser for Biomass offers operators with automatic and continuous online information regarding the amount of unburned carbon (UBC) in post-combustion fly ash from biomass, as well as physical samples for additional laboratory testing.

The product is specifically designed for biomass fuels, catering to larger and more diverse biomass post-combustion fly ash particles.

The product uses microwave technology and can be installed in the flue gas duct near the combustion zone, allowing burn-out efficiency data to be used directly in the boiler control room.

 In addition to continuous measurement, the tool can transfer a physical sample into a bottle for laboratory testing.

The product employs dual cell technology (reference chamber), which allows for extremely accurate detection of UBC levels. Furthermore, dual cell technology eliminates the need for temperature regulation and an air conditioning unit.

 The product is also available for use in the hopper with a different extraction mechanism.
