Dust & Particulate Monitor
Home | Dust & Particulate MonitorDust & Particulate Monitor
We offer a variety of dust and particle monitoring instruments. All of our scientific testing instruments are conceived and developed in-house by our team of expert engineers.
We currently supply dust and particulate monitors to clients of different shapes and sizes all around the world for use in a variety of applications. They are widely employed on industrial sites, in manufacturing plants, and by local governments, councils, and those conducting scientific research in this area.
Our monitors measure TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and PM1, which are globally acknowledged sample standards, as well as inhalable, thoracic, and respirable fractions for occupational monitoring. They are accurate, durable, and easy to use.
Our latest iPM Plus contains a particle spectrometer to measure the size distribution between 0.2 and 10 μm, along with the typical particulate fractions. It also includes built-in Wi-Fi, 4G/5G connectivity, and data pushing.
Our Topas, Osiris, and iPM Plus monitors are MCERTS approved by the Environment Agency for PM10 and PM2.5. In addition to airborne particles, they may assess environmental parameters such as:
- wind speed
- wind direction
- rainfall
- temperaure
- humidity
- atmospheric pressure
Our products can also be used in conjunction with our gas monitors and noise and vibration monitors on the same site, and powered by our solar and wind system or external batteries when there is no power on-site. Our apps provide remote control, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
Our handheld product enables for completely portable monitoring, with maps visualisation and transfer to our online portal.
Our products are all compatible with the Alarm Box, which may be programmed to send audible or visual alarms when predetermined pollutant levels are exceeded.
