Hot air flow test

Hot Air Flow Test is carried out to determine true quantum of primary air flow to coal mill ,

which is required to transport pulverized coal from mill to the boiler. This primary airflow is in turn used to develop modified characteristic of primary air venturimeter.

1. Pitot tube with inclined/Digital Manometer: Are used to carry P.A test. The ‘L’ Pitot tubes along with manometer is used to measure air velocity in clean environment in ducts with known directional flow component. A comprehensive range of Pitot Static Tubes giving amazing choice of Telescope, Fixed Length % Collapsible/ Joined lengths to suit virtually any application. Also available is ‘S’ type pitots for restricted access & hostile environment. Thermo Pitot Static tubes with Integral thermocouples sensors also combined in-line pressure & temperature measurements.

2. Software: Computation software for data analysis & generation.
